EXPERIENCE

Mr. Wallace joined the staff in September, 1987. He serves as Survey Coordinator. His duties include scheduling projects and supervising survey crews as well as survey technicians. Surveying duties include (conducting and supervising): ground control surveys, property research, property surveys, topographical surveys and mapping,surveying calculations for construction and earthwork. Mr. Wallace is also responsible for directing underground mine projection design, underground mine ventilation design and mine mapping.

Administrative responsibilities include client contact, cost estimates, personnel scheduling and quality control of surveying procedures, evaluating, purchasing and maintaining surveying equipment. Pre-planning all surveying projects using the most efficient methodology to insure that the surveying projects will be completed within the requested time and budget, while maintaining the required accuracy.

March 1977 - August 1987
Mr. Wallace was employed by Clinchfield Coal Company, Lebanon, Virginia. Last position title: Head of Underground Mapping
and Surveying. Duties included supervising all surveying, and office personnel; computation of surveys, mineral reserves
and mine forecasts; preparing mine maps for State and Federal regulatory authorities; designing and drafting mine
related facilities, structures, and site layouts; and performing mine ventilation surveys and calculations.

June 1975 - March 1977
Mr. Wallace was employed by Walt Ballard (AMSCO), independent surveyor, Lebanon, Virginia as an assistant Office
Manager and Party Chief. Duties included surveying of ground control, topographical mapping, strip topographical
mapping for water and sewer line projects, construction stake-outs, property and site locations, photogrammetry
planning of flight lines and developing the projects into topographical mapping and plan and profile mapping.

November 1973 - June 1975
Mr. Wallace was employed by Raytheon Corp. Bristol, Tenn. as a Drafting and Design Analyst and Checker. Duties included
reviewing engineering working drawings and specifications for correctness, feasibility, drafting standards and company
and government standards.
